Panel Mission
Panel Mission features a series of quests that players can complete to allow players to get a copy of past years' Tower of Trials exclusive Layers as well as Gacha Tickets. It is accessible by the Panel Missions icon on the top left of the Main Menu. 
. The button disappears when all available missions are completed, and reappears upon renewal. Panel Missions are renewed annually. The latest Tower exclusives are not obtainable this way.
