That scream was not Batu's. It was Canaria's scream, who was lurking behind Batu.
Canaria	"Uh-hyuhhyuhhyuhhyuh, you're good, Skanda assassin. Any normal human would have died in the first attack, eh?"
Batu	"Are you an idiot? You call me a Skanda assassin and you talk about 'normal people' in the same sentence?"
Batu	"HAH!"
