| Amidst the sounds of soothing music, many shoppers are coming and going inside the building. The buzz is so great you'd think there was a festival going on. | ||

"So this is M. St. Iris' pride and joy, the department store. How spacious." | |

"There are big boutiques in St. Iris too, but this is the first time I've seen so many different shops all in one place. It's overwhelming." | |

"And this huge sales floor is spread over several floors. Could I even get around in one day?" | |

"And the entirety of the first floor is accessories too. I don't know what to do, I'm getting lost~" | |
| I stopped Vivienne from running to the nearest storefront. If we get separated from this crowd, it will be difficult to reunite. We have to wait until Versailles has arrived. | ||

"Versailles is the star for today, of course. We can't start without her." | |
| Vivienne |
"She said she's coming after she reported to the Railway Knights, but she's a bit late. Is she having some kind of trouble?" | |

"So after much deliberation, I decided to wear the Order's armour. But the everyone at the Order pointed out to me that that was not appropriate for a department store visit. So I had to choose my clothes again and I was late..." | |

Well, the Order is right, you shouldn't wear armour to go shopping... | |

"I see... I've spent most of my life in Order-issued attire, so I don't have much personal clothing. That's why I don't really know what 'fashionable' is." | |
| Vivienne |
"Don't worry Versailles, that's why we are here today." | |
| Pancras |
"That's right. Miss Vivienne and I will teach you how to be fashionable." | |
| Versailles |
"Thank you very much. With you two here, I'm sure I'll be able to buy a dress that will allow me to attend the ball." | |
| Yeah, the reason I came to the department store today was because Versailles asked me for advice. It seems that Versailles will participate in the ball this time. | ||
| So she wanted to buy a dress, but she is not very knowledgeable about fashion, so she didn't know what kind of dress to buy. | ||

"Well, the theme is 'Cool and beautiful enough to tame a beast' -" | |

"My, such elegance! Isn't this nice, Miss Versailles?" | |

"Oh, I'm going to dress like that? I can't do that~~" | |

"Because I'm much more petite than the models, you know? I don't think I'd look good in a similar dress." | |
| Versailles is of the dwarfish shana tribe, and it seems that most adults of that race are about her current height. Because of this she is often mistaken for a child. | ||

"I'm not telling you to buy the same thing. I'm just saying that we should look for dresses that makes Versailles look cool and beautiful just like that." | |

"Yes, that's right. There is definitely something for you, Versailles." | |

"Is there really such a dress?" | |
| Vivienne |
"Il y a il y a! Because the department store is so big, you know? I bet the three of us will be dressed up when we leave." | |

"Ah, that ring is so cute! Come on everybody, let's go and have a look around." | |

"We don't want to waste time standing here either. Let's go, Miss Versailles." | |

"I wonder what kind of panties and dresses M. St. Iris has designed. I can hardly contain my excitement." | |
| Vivienne and Pancras both headed towards the sales floor, full of anticipation. In contrast, Versailles still looked anxious. | ||

"I wonder if I am even able to buy one properly..." | |
| I gently pushed Versailles' shoulder, and urged her to catch up to Vivienne and Pancras. There's so much in here, that I bet she'll find a dress that suits her. | ||
