Yakutsk	"According to Tayshet's report, that terrible Ice Mist occurs frequently in the vicinity of the Voltarja Celestial Sphere. She said that she used to go back and forth between this observatory and the pass to avoid the Ice Mist, because she could see it as she got to the pass."
