This location is the polar regions of M. Eisengrad.
It is the name of a celestial sphere in the Subterranean Sea, covered by thick ice.
It is said to be famous in the Metro universe as the celestial sphere located at such a low altitude that details can be observed with the naked eye from the Voltarja mountain pass.
'Strange objects' had been observed in the vicinity of the Voltarja Celestial Sphere as of recent.
