-In the beginning I was just a bandit.
I am Anna. A servant who was a former bandit. Before I was captured and employed in this castle, I used to sneak into rich people's houses and castles to steal bread and wheat.
I never stole gold and jewelry. That night, too, my aim was the castle pantry.
I made the mistake of trying to get at the good loot in the chaos of the war. I tried to steal cakes as well as bread. On the night I robbed the castle, there was a birthday party at the castle.
The daughter of the lord of this castle. Her 15th birthday. A beautiful girl my age.
She was performing a song in front of her followers when she smiled at me, the intruder, and said,

Victoria	"This is a very large prison compared to the ones I've seen. Is the owner of the voice locked up in this prison?"
