The Mist Train left the first station, passed through the Gate and continued on the Giant Tree Railway.
The Gate at the station was different from the one Mary had made, and was like the tunnels that the Mist Train usually passes through.
The pitch-black tunnel went straight on, a distance that would have crossed the border by now if this were a normal railway line. The air in the train was unusually heavy, and the Train Knights could feel the unease and faint fear in the air.
