When the monster that appeared in the Celestial Sphere Chamber was defeated, the Phantom Mist that had appeared in the chamber was sucked into the Celestial Sphere.
The monster that Brittany and the others called the 'Princess of Thunder' was an ancient shana... that had been transformed into a monster. Although it did not retain its ego as a person, they were exhausted both mentally and physically when fighting an enemy that stood on her own feet and controlled her own language.
Versailles	"We have defeated..."
Brittany	"Oui. We defeated the Mist Monster."
Versailles	"We did. We defeated the Mist Monster. It's a demon."
Brittany	"It had already lost its mind as a being. I should think it was better than fighting Wandering Lives. This can happen when you explore old ruins."
Euston	"Miss Brittany is right. It was still better that they were plainly demonized."
Euston	"The SSS fought very well. They gave it their all without being intimidated by the humanoid demons they were up against."
Yakutsk	"Difference in experiences. That's us."
Queensway	"That doesn't mean we're used to it. I still dream about what happened at Loren Citadel from time to time."
Putra	"Has the Mist lifted inside these ruins now? Is it safe to go back to the train?"
Vivienne	The Mist that the celestial sphere was emitted has disappeared. The little thunderbolts that were bouncing around have also vanished."
Vivienne	"But it's not over. The Mist hasn't lifted in these ruins."
Queensway	"What do you mean? Wasn't it the monster from earlier that caused the Mist?"
Vivienne	"The source is somewhere else. If we don't eliminate it, monsters like the ones we saw earlier will reappear."

Brittany	"If we put the Princess of Thunder back inside the celestial sphere, will it make the railway track complete? Maybe that would allow the entire ruins to be explored by train."

Versailles	"Sir Knight Commander Euston! Look at this! I've found something amazing!"
Euston	"Something amazing?"
Versailles	"There's a hole on the ground. The wind is blowing from below. Maybe there's a passage or a room under here."
Versailles finds a small hole on the floor. The sound of the wind can be heard through the hole, which a small person could manage to get through.
Euston	"It doesn't look very deep, Versailles might be able to get down it with a rope."
Versailles	"Sure! I'll go down there! If I find anything over there, I'll come back at once."
Finchley	"The position and shape doesn't seem to indicate that it's a pit. Dangerous, but worth checking out."
Finchley	"What do you think, Conductor? How about we decide on a length of rope and just do some reconnaissance for the time being?"
Conductor	It's a job I'd prefer not to do, but considering the circumstances it's the only way to go.
Conductor	Let's rappel down a bit, and then we'll flash the location with our lights. That's it. We won't do anything more than that. We'll see how it goes and think about it later.
Finchley	"Aah, I think that's fine."
Finchley	"Queensway, get a rope. Decide on a length and mark it."
Queensway	"Aye, sir!"
Yoshino	"The rope we have is not long enough. There are no posts around the hole to hold the rope."
Yakutsk	"That's why we all have to support each other, the Versailles weighs like a child, so we should be fine."
Yoshino	"Yes, but the position of the hole is unnatural. I don't think it's a pit, but I don't think it's a hole to go down with a rope or ladder either.

Versailles attached the rope and rappels down into the hole alone.
It is unclear how deep it is, but the rope is too short to go down very deep in the first place. We have a light to see what's going on from the top of the hole.
Queensway, who was supporting the rope, would have thought of something like that.
-Until the light that Versailles had went out and the rope was taut.
Versailles	"QUEENSWAY! PLEASE RAISE ME UP NOW!"
Queensway	"Eh?"
Versailles	"Someone is pulling my leg! I can't see anything... PLEASE RAISE ME!"
Finchley	"QUEENSWAY!"
Just as Versailles' voice is heard, the rope tightened and Queensway is dragged all the way to the side of the hole.
In that brief moment, Finchley sensed what's happening and grabbged on to Queensway's waist to pull her back as hard as she can.
Finchley	"Queenway, pull as hard as you can! Force Versailles up!"
Queensway	"Gghh... I can't! It's too much force! EVERYBODY GIVE ME A HAND!"
Just when Queensway and Finchley are about to fall into the hole, the Train Knights all try to pull Versailles up.
But they couldn't get up. They were dragged down by something in the hole. Even with so many people at the hole, they can't resist its power at all.
It was a bad situation, but it only got even worse.
Queensway	"Oh my God! The floor!"
Finchley	"QUEENSWAY!"
Queensway's footing collapsed. At first, the small hole was only the size of a child, but it widened to swallow everyone present.
Versailles	"Queensway, let go of the rope! If we don't, we'll all fall in!"
Queensway	"What are you talking about! We would never do that! We're all going up together, we'll be fine! Don't give up!"
Versailles	"It's the Mist! The hole is full of Phantom Mist! This is a trap! You mustn't all come here!"
Queensway	"Oh no...!"
Putra	"The pull on the rope is getting stronger. This is really going to make us all fall!"
It's a disaster. Everyone present prepared for the worst.
But one knight reversed the situation with a single swing.
It was Euston.
Euston had cut the rope.
Queensway	"Miss Euston, why..."
Finchley	"........."
Euston	"........."
Euston	"VERSAILLES, LISTEN TO ME!"
Euston	"WE WILL COME TO HELP YOU! WE WILL SAVE YOU! YOU MUST SURVIVE! THAT'S AN ORDER!"
Finchley	"Euston..."
Euston	"Miss Finchley, we're going back to the train. The structure of the ruins has changed. Perhaps the railway line is connected. We'll take the Mist Train as further in as we can."
Euston	"I am going to save Versailles. Please help me."
Finchley	"Of course. I will risk my life to save her."
Finchley	"Queensway."
Queensway	"........."
Finchley	"Queensway!"
Queensway	"Ye-Yes..."
Finchley	"Look at me, Queensway, who am I?"
Queensway	"Instructor Finchley. Of the St. Iris Knight Academy..."
Finchley	"Yes, I am Finchley. The best knight in the world at getting men back alive. She'll be fine with me. This is not a comforting statement."
Finchley	"I'll get it done. I will complete every mission with everyone safe and sound."
Queensway	"Instructor Finchley..."
Queensway	"Yes, sir! I will follow you everywhere!"
Brittany	"I never thought this would happen..."
Vivienne	"Don't worry. The road must go on."
Vivienne	"So please keep showing me the way. I have a feeling you're going to be good to work with."
Brittany	"Of course. I am Brittany, a shana who pledges to do her best for her people, for her family, and for harmony in the world."
Brittany	"Please wait for me, Mademoiselle Versailles."
