Side Story

Ex scene: Penang Hill's lunch

The Conductor was called to the courtyard of the academy at night by Penang Hill. Penang treated him a lunch box food as he hadn't eaten dinner yet, and told the Conductor to sit next to her. Looking at the night sky, he unconsciously tell they were like lovers, which tickled Penang (actually cross the line a bit). It turned out that last time the Conductor come across Penang during lunch, he snacked hers for being too tasty, so she made it for him as she spoke.

During an investigation to one of Flamarine's underground ruins, the Conductor was held captive by insect-like monsters in an underground ring with only Penang as his guard. He was kept in a giant birdcage and Penang was forced to fight against a four-arm insect-like monster. After exchanging attacks, she broke all of its arm joints and pierced its "liver?" causing it to bleed hard.

After more series of punches, the monster was dead falling face flat. Crowds around cheering Penang's victory with flower petal (and they're also insect-like). An insect controlling the Conductor spoke up to thanked as he had regained his consciousness. As Penang's request, let the Conductor go (Conductor made a bad joke after that). Later he explained that those insects were swordsmen, slaves of one of ancient Flamarine dynasties that ruled over a wide area including these underground ruins, created with the only role was to perform battles to please the nobles and awakened for some reason. And Penang explained their biology.

Turns out these insects lives only last for a few days, and the only thing they can only do to fulfil their life was to fight, and reproduce. Due to Penang's scent, they had never been more lustful than ever, as each of the eagerly to fight her next (no need further explanation). While the two are talking, they sense Conductor's plan to escape and got angry. Penang destroyed the cage holding Conductor right after and both of them escaped, those insects later destroyed by the SSS reinforcements hastily summoned. However, Penang still got a little irritated from that insect incident for a while due to their "reproduce" fact.
